This week, the D&CO team shows you how to make a heart-shaped collage. Demonstration in pictures. For this workshop, you will need: - a heart-shaped pattern, - a wooden board, - a steel plate, - a jigsaw, - linen fabric, - neoprene glue, - a stapler, - magnets, photos.
Step 1
Using a heart-shaped pattern, transfer the shape of the heart onto a wooden board, then onto a metal plate.
2nd step
Using a jigsaw, cut the wooden board, then the metal following the drawing of the heart.
Stage 3
Lightly sand the edges of the wooden core to remove any roughness.
Step 4
To fix the metal plate to the wood, apply neoprene glue to the two surfaces and assemble.
Step 5
To dress the heart, wrap it in a linen fabric that you will fix on the back using a wall stapler.
Step 6
Compose the collage with the photos of your choice and fix with magnets.
